Valid certifications are essential for SCUBA instructors, airline pilots, teachers, anesthesiologists, and social workers. Heck, many parents won’t allow their kids to be babysat by anyone who hasn’t earned a Red Cross safety certification.
While many major employers are insisting that their front line staff completes A Game training, a growing number of employers are requiring all job applicants to bring their A Game certification with them to the job interview. Some takers have completed the certification in one hour; others have needed eight hours to get through the material.
